RECRUITMENT SERVICES
As we were founded by HR professionals, we aim to deliver the sort of recruitment service that we sought as HR practitioners:
- Candidate presentation. We will provide you with candidates' original CVs together with a detailed summary sheet highlighting the key points and relevance to your job. This will have followed a well-constructed, detailed telephone interview with each candidate.
- Recruitment and Selection. You give us the vacancy - we find the person for it. Pure and simple! We will negotiate on our terms in return for exclusivity.
- Executive search. We can offer a proactive approach to candidate sourcing (unless it is within one of our other clients).
- Outsourced recruitment. We will complete the first line interview and selection process: from compiling job/person spec through writing ad copy & selecting media to completing first interviews & short-list selection.
- Recruitment advertising. We will work with you on a comprehensive ad campaign, administer and handle response and compile a short-list of candidates.
